First off, we would like for you to know that we understand that each and every organization and private citizen is going to have different needs and concerns.  As such, the recommendations that we make after each consultation are custom tailored to the needs of the business or individual whom we are serving.  And although we sell additional solutions in conjunction with our consulting services, our primary goal is to help our clients find the right solutions that fit their needs.  What that means is, even though we sell endpoint protection services, as well as virtual private network (VPN) subscriptions, if those solutions alone are not adequate enough for your unique situation, we will recommend other services that we do not provide, and help you find the right one for you.

OUR APPROACH:

ASSESS CLIENT NEEDS:

We start by looking over our client's network and all IT services (such as email) that they use.  This includes all devices that are used both at the office and on the go.  This is also the part where the client is more than welcomed to bring up any concerns that they may have, so that we may address them.  We will also go over any policies and procedures that are already in place within our client's business or home.  If you do not have any polices or procedures in place, don't worry.  This is where we come in and help you create them.

MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS:

Once we have analyzed the client's IT infrastructure, polices and procedures, we create a custom-tailored report with our recommendations.  The client is then free to either give us the green-light to go ahead and help them implement or find the right solutions for them, or they may look it over and ponder our recommendations before allowing us to proceed.

IMPLEMENT COST-FREE SOLUTIONS:

Once the client has decided what they would like to do, we will go ahead and implement solutions that are free for the client to use and maintain on their own, or show them how to do so themselves.

ASSIST CLIENTS IN FINDING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THAT WE DO NOT PROVIDE, AND HELP THEM IMPLEMENT THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AS NEEDED:

There are many IT products and services that we do not provide, such as web development, that our client may need or want.  If we recommend a product or service that we do not provide, or if a client finds that they want one, we help them find the right one for them.  We are available to help assist in the implementation of these products or services as the client requests.

CONTINUE TO SUPPORT THE CLIENT'S CYBER SECURITY NEEDS AS REQUESTED:

Once the consultation has been completed, and the client is satisfied with their new found sense of cyber security, we wish to maintain a professional relationship with the people and businesses that we have served.  The client is more than welcome to consult us in the future for any additional cyber security concerns that may arise.  We are always here to help and answer any questions.
